Squads and Information:
POSITIONS
Strategist: Roll focused on strategy and being up-to date on the battle at hand. Requires you to spend most of your time looking at the map and listening to the Ambassador's rather then being in the fight.
Supply Guard / Escort: Very important roll focused around protecting supply camps and escorting the Yaks [Which carry the supply] back to a tower or keep.
Scout: Does as implies, watches over key parts of the battle and back door's, can be in large battles as well
Siege Engineer: Works heavily with Supply Manager, and Repairman/Defense Engineer. Focuses on assisting the main raid groups with Siege Weaponry, and is usually the one to pilot the Seige Golem
Repairman/ Defense Engineer: These people focus on defending the Keeps/Towers/Castle's and upgrading them. They work heavily with Supply Manager to construct defenses and upgrade the current places. Also works with Treasurer and Solo Play Raids to upgrade NPC's
Supply Manager:Keep's tabs and manages people's supply to efficantly maximize the amount of supply that can be spent. Works very heavily with almost all rolls.
Ambassador: One of the most important rolls that someone can undertake. Ambassador not only works with the Alliance that we will form [In GW2, 10 guilds can work together in a Alliance, and have a shared chat] But also work with all of the random people that are in the WvWvW arena, coordiante them, and listen to the Strategist. Being up-to-date and social in this roll is key. Low patience is not a option.
General: As implys it is the leader(s) of the guild and head of all operations in it, roll's most likely filled by myself, and 2-3 other people.
Commander: Leader's of a raid group, or Vanguard.
Vanguard: Best of the best that have to be recruited in game, they work as a strike force that are supposed to fight off any opposing force.
Treasurer: Manages the guild's funds for WvWvW ONLY, does not have any affect on the entire guild bank, only on it's WvWvW aspect.
Reserves: 5-10 man groups that move as patrols, and converge on a location for defense or offence when the main attack force cant get there in time.
Inquisitor: Handles rule enforcement, and other such things in the guild.
Soldier: Average raider, apart of raid groups, everyone is one, but not everyone is just this roll.
Champion: The best of the best of the guild, top ranking in pvp, pve and everything. The true represenative of the guild's strength
Raid Group 1 (NAME IT): Supply Lines: Focuses on raiding enemy supply lines, and works in very tactical strikes to lower enemy world's supply, therefore crippiling them. For more group based players.
Raid Group 2 (NAME IT): NPC groups: Solo player type people that do the world based NPC quests to help support our defense and attack, more for people who dont want to be apart of the mass attacks.
Raid Group 3 (NAME IT): Towers: Groups focused around attack towers, most likely groups of 20-30 people. Based on good teamwork and paying attention while taking down gates.
Raid Group 4 (NAME IT): Keeps: Much larger groups, most likely 50+ Man groups, and also working with other guilds, like before you must stay alert and not just AFK while attacking the keep's gate
Raid Group 5 (NAME IT): Castle: A combination of all the guilds and randoms in total, You must stay alert the most in this group as you attacking the most vital part of the game. Geared towards very large people, most likely about 100.
